CANCELLATION POLICY
‼️75% of your service will be due if appointment is not rescheduled/cancelled within 48 hours. DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However I will refund a deposit if for whatever reason I have to cancel on you. LATE POLICY: You have a 15min grace period the day of your appointment to let me know you are running late. If no communication is made I will cancel your appointment and charge your card the cancellation fee. RESCHEDULES: If appointment has already been rescheduled twice, the third one will be canceled. ‼️*Same day cancellations and NO SHOWS* The policy is still enforced if you are running late, traffic, woke up unwell, mixed up your days, car trouble, etc. or any other instances out of your control.
